What is the Hike for Hospice Palliative Care?
Hike for Hospice Palliative Care is a Canadian fundraising event bringing together organizations working within hospice palliative care. The goal of this national event is to raise awareness and funds to ensure more Canadians receive the end-of-life care they desire.
Hike for Hospice Palliative Care is coordinated by the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (CHPCA), the national association which provides leadership in hospice palliative and end-of-life care in Canada.
